JUNE 5

EFFORT TO A GREENER EARTH

Yet another Environment Day- to mourn on the loss and shed tears; to re-cover the earth with green blanket; to see the Mother Earth clad in a new Green Satin Saree- an average Indian's dream.

Sri B.M. Pradeep, Block Panchayath President, initiated the process by assigning the soil bed to a tiny neem- to grow into huge, cool tree shading the surrounding with health and hygiene and LIFE. Many young hearts alongwith much like-minded nature lovers witnessed the occasion and swore to follow the action- to handover a greener, cooler, healthier and much more significant Earth to the coming Generation.

The honourable guest also addressed enthusiastic young minds, implored them of the significance of the environment followed by a solemn oath taking so as to submit all hearts to the protection of Mother Earth and Her Greenery. Each young hand was presented with an eager seedling which craved for the warmth of its home: the soil.
