BLEND Training for HMs of UP,UP
and High Schools held on 26 and 27-12-2014 at various centres across
the district . The one day training is aimed at enabling the Heads of
Institutions to control and maintain the blogs of the respective
schools with timely postings and deletions.

The programme includes
familiarising blogs of different schools, typing in Kannada and
Malayalam fonts, creating,modifying and deleting posts, familiaring
the pages and tabs through layout, modifying photos and inserting
them to the blogs. The training also aims at enabling them to post
comments to posts in other blogs as a mark of feedback.

The novel programme is being
conducted at 14 centres in the 7 sub districts under the guidance of
DIET Kasaragod and IT@ School with administrative support of the
Department.
